Terms & Conditions

  • Opening Orders will be prepaid by means of Credit Card or Company Check (based on approved Credit). A Visa, Master Card or American Express is required to secure all orders. Once your Amberhill Customer Account is established ( upon approved Credit ) all Invoices will be due Net 30 from Invoice date. We apologize, but C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted at this time.
  • Opening Orders placed outside of North America must be prepaid by means of Direct Wire Transfer. Established accounts may pay using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
  • A 50% deposit is required for all Special Orders of a custom nature. This deposit is non-refundable. 
  • Finance Charges will be applied on all delinquent payments at a monthly rate of 1.5%. 
  • Standard Ship Date is 3 weeks from order date.
  • Minimum Order or Reorder per item style and color / 4 units or a standard size range.

Shipping & Handling 

  • In Canada, we save you money by using Express Post.
  • In the U.S., we save you money by using UPS Standard. 
  • Expedited & Air delivery services available upon request. Please ask for quote.
  • Shipping outside of North America provided by either UPS or Overseas Courier.

    Please Note: $ 15.00 minimum charge per shipment to the U.S. / $ 9.00 minimum charge per shipment within Canada.

Returned Goods Policy

  • All Amberhill merchandise is custom made to Retailer's specifications. Therefore returns will not be accepted unless due to Manufacturers’ error.
  • In the case of any variance noted by Receiver on goods received against an Amberhill Packing Slip, the discrepancy must be reported within 7 business days.
  • In the exceptional case where the Return has been authorized by Amberhill Management, merchandise must be returned for Exchange Only with a returned goods authorization number issued by our office. Requests for a returned goods authorization number ( RGA # ) may be made in writing or by calling our Customer Service Department.
  • The RGA # must be shown on the outside of the returned package. Packages received without a RGA # will be returned to Sender.
  • All approved returns must be returned with merchandise in its original state of receipt, lying flat, packed with appropriate shipping materials to avoid damage in transit.
  • Damaged goods, as result of poor packaging will not be accepted.
  • Packages received more than 14 days after the issuance of our RGA # will not be accepted.

  • The checkout and account areas of this site are secured using the most advanced security technology available. This ensures that your credit card number and personal data will never be sent over the Internet unencrypted.

  • Amberhill is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust and will accordingly protect all information you provide online. The privacy of your personal information is important to us and we ensure that we will not disclose this information to anyone for any reason. Under no circumstance will we provide personal information to third parties.
